SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions apply only if you opt in to receive text messages from PsycleBack. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or account creation.

1. Program Name & Description

The PsycleBack Notifications program sends transactional SMS/text messages related to your use of the PsycleBack marketplace. These messages include order confirmations, shipping updates, delivery notifications, account verification codes, and password reset links.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity. You will typically receive messages only when you place an order, receive a shipment update, or request a verification code. You will not receive more than 10 messages per month unless you are an active seller with high order volume.

3. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. PsycleBack does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging and data fees. Check with your carrier for details.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time. Text STOP to any message you receive from PsycleBack to unsubscribe from all non-essential text messages. You will receive a one-time confirmation message. Note that opting out may prevent you from receiving important transactional messages such as verification codes.

6. Supported Carriers

PsycleBack SMS messages are supported on all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. How You Opt In

During account creation on PsycleBack, when you provide a phone number, you are presented with an explicit opt-in checkbox:

You may also be asked to provide your phone number during checkout for delivery notifications. In that case, the same opt-in consent is presented before any SMS messages are sent.

8. Your Privacy

Your mobile number is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We use third-party providers solely to deliver SMS/text messages on our behalf. These providers process your mobile number only for the purpose of message delivery and are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
